Mr. Henry Balogun

A lawyer, serial social entrepreneur and new media consultant with a career spanning over 35 years across three continents, Henry was appointed by Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as Chief of Staff, Office of the Deputy Governor Lagos State in 2003 and served in that capacity until May 29, 2007.

He is a partner in the law firm of Balogun, Balogun & Balogun. A social reformer, Henry is the founder/ chairman of Ibile Foundation Lagos, a citizen sector social welfare organisation providing innovative social transformation initiatives across Lagos and committed to the good and well being of the people of Lagos.

He is also the founder of 3rdNG, a people-powered socio-political movement set up to support the new generation of social and political actors in Nigeria, who are championing the cause for political inclusion, representation, democratic change, accountability and social justice.
