President of the Senate, Dr Ahmad Lawan, has felicitated the National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Bola Tinubu, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

Lawan’s felicitation was conveyed in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr Ola Awoniyi, in Abuja on Monday.

Lawan, who described Tinubu as an astute administrator, noted that the celebrator laid a solid foundation for the modernisation of Lagos.

According to him, Tinubu is a visionary political leader, with a track record of building people and organisations
